ISLAMABAD (Aug 14, 2026): Keeping the upward momentum steady, the federal government again raised petroleum products prices on Thursday.
According to a notification issued by Petroleum Division, the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority on Thursday revised the ex-depot prices of petroleum products under the government’s daily petroleum pricing mechanism. The daily price mechanism has triggered intense pushback, including the nationwide wheel-jam strike by goods transporters.
