KARACHI (Sept 11): An Eye Camp was held under the Governor’s Health Initiative for the staff and their families at Governor House Karachi here on Friday.
Governor of Sindh Nehal Hashmi visited the camp wherein patients were examined by the medical team from Pakistan Eye Bank Society PEBS, provided consultations and prescribed glasses and medicines.
According to the press release, patients requiring surgery will be treated at PEBS Hospital, Nagan Chorangi. A School Eye Clinic was also conducted for students at schools within the Governor House premises for early detection of vision problems.
The Governor appreciated the efforts of Pakistan Eye Bank Society (PEBS) in providing eye-care services.
